What it is
Board Deck Genius is a packaged Claude skill, a bundle of instructions, templates, voice anchors, and validation scripts that Claude loads on demand. Point it at your monthly source data for any JV partner, and it produces a board-ready deck in that partner's approved template, with a foot-and-tied Excel companion alongside.
Every number on every slide ties back to source. No invented figures. No cross-partner contamination. No template drift.
The narrative gets you to roughly 80 percent. The SLT takes it home. The skill does the assembly. You do the judgement.
What it does
For each JV partner, Welltower, Yarrow, Wisteria, Charis, the skill:
- Ingests Yardi financials and occupancy, Welcome Home CRM, Google Ads, Dayforce HR, the capex tracker, and operational highlights
- Normalizes everything into a single source of truth for the cycle
- Drafts operational, financial, and capex narrative in that partner's voice, anchored on previously approved decks
- Renders the deck in the partner's approved master template, with the Excel companion tied to every number on every slide
- Runs an audit before declaring the deck complete: foot-and-tie checks, narrative-data consistency, brand fidelity, and a cross-partner contamination check
How to install

Confirm your Claude setup
You need a Claude account on Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise, with Code Execution and Skills both enabled. On Enterprise plans, an Owner has to enable both in Organization settings before anyone else can use them.

Click Download skill above to grab the

Upload it to Claude
In Claude, go to Settings > Customize > Skills > Upload. Select the
.zip. Claude registers the skill automatically. No restart needed. - 4
Invoke it
Start a new chat and say "Build the Welltower deck for April 2026" (or Yarrow, Wisteria, Charis, for whichever month you're closing). Upload the source data when the skill prompts you. It walks the rest.
A note on data
Board Deck Genius runs inside your Claude account, governed by your Claude plan's data handling terms. Source files are uploaded to Claude for the duration of the session. Treat this the way you'd treat any cloud reporting tool. Review the data handling terms with your IT and legal teams before standardizing the workflow.
